    I had a very uncomfortable situation trying to recover my Payoneer Virtual Card details And tried chat and also the contact number to no avail, submitted an email. And luckily at the last minute, I was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with a Customer Care Rep. Who was very eager to resolve my issue and demonstrate knowledge, and was very confident. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner, for which I am very grateful.
    Wow! Perfect customer service from your representative (I forgot her name, I wish I could put it here so she´s recognised). Wow! It really makes your day when someone treats you like that. She was fast, clear, nice, patient and professional. She smiled all the time. It reminded me, and I learned from her, that great things in life are presented to us in the most simple ways, like doing our jobs like this. I feel very good, I think that´s what makes a job great!     Payoneer has enabled thousands of freelancers like me to start accepting payments. I have been looking into payment solutions in my region ( Middle East & Africa) and Payoneer was the perfect solution. Payoneer has set the bar high even with their customer service. I would love to call out obvious companies here, but let me know if you need more feedback. This is just my way of saying thank you.
    Easy system to use when asking for a payment from a customer. I had a couple of questions, which were answered professionally and courteously by a representative. My account manager is very pleasant and helpful. Fees are very reasonable and competitive. Based on this I would recommend this company for accepting credit card payments. I cannot comment on their other financial services as so far I have no experience of those
    I called for my husband's account due to a pending payment. I've tried calling csr from other companies but this is the best csr to be honest, that I've ever experienced. Aside from their urge to resolve the issue, they are very friendly, accommodating and patient. They've gone the extra mile to make me feel at ease and it's the first time for me to trust every word they told me as a csr. Kudos to everyone for doing a great job!.
    I have been using the services of Payoneer for all of my online banking transactions and have come to love their services. So far, their system works and their website is very user friendly. Recently I tried getting in contact with their customer service via telephone; their was a bit of wait time - but when I got through the service was very professional and friendly. I personally give them a five star rating. (SO FAR)...
    After 5 years of being with Payoneer, I"m considering leaving due to the fast deteriorating customer loop. It took me 4 calls to get one issue resolved. I finally spoke to someone who knew what she was doing. I guess Payoneer is going to try to save money by hiring call center staff with little or no training but it will eventually show in your numbers.
    Payoneer is fantastic! It doesn't matter if you seek a solution for you privately or for your company, they got it covered! Reliable, fast, and with excellent support! Sure, there are instances when a pending approval can be annoying, but if you call and provide the correct information they request, it Will be solved very fast. I love being a user of their services, have been for years, and will keep using them for years to come. I hope they offer more options in the future to use them for more than just banking.
    Grace, Payoneer's Representative is very helpful and patient in assisting me throughout the entire process. She knows how to handle the situation and sympathize with her customers. As per her instruction, I'll wait within 24 hours for the special team to contact me and have my issue resolve as it take a couple of months already. Kudos Grace!
    So far it is good except the fact that it takes so long to receive a card. I plan to get many payment on the payoneer card and it is convenient but you guys can be more clear with the information needed to verify my address. I had no idea I needed to present the entire soft copy of the document. I only found out through a friend. Maybe try being more descriptive with what is needed for that specific section (address verification).
    Currently, forwarding in multiple departments is delayed by more than 2-3 days. I would like to present the work as current. Which is faster than beforeEasier account or identity verification Currently, my account status has not been approved. I waited for the accounting department to proceed with it for 1 night in contact to request a review after the initial 3 days of application.
    I just wanted to renew my payoneer card and they started to ask me for official documents of id, address verification etc... I sent them millions of papers but still can't make them believe that i'm real. Maybe they just don't want people from some countries... I don't know what their problem is but my problem is their verification center. They obviously can't decide who is real or not. Anyways i'm fed up with them... Just want to warn other potential users to be ready for something like this...
    Well first of all in Turkey many people using payoneer and calling customer service is so pricey. Why you didnt have a Turkey customer service number?! You should think about it. The person I talked with very kind and clear but she cant help me because of payoneer system. Waiting for a digital transfer 5 days! This is nonsense. You should check your policies again. You're already making enough deductions when transmitting money. So system have to work much faster than this.
    I typically don't leave these reviews but after being cared for by Sophie, I had to. She immediately let me know what the concerns were with my account and helped me to resolve it (after verification of course). I was literally on the brink of tears (of joy) that she was able to address and resolve my concerns in less than 20 minutes. (And I'm not sure how many people with the name Sophie work there at Payoneer but this one if for my Sophie.)
    My rep Oneika was extremely helpful, professional and polite! We got disconnected while she placed me on hold for additional investigation into my issue and she promptly called me back! I was totally blown away by that and was not expecting it at all. I expressed my heartfelt appreciation to her for that as I was calling from Skype and had run out of Skype credit. Kudos to you Oneika! You're the best!
    I'm using payoneer from more then 3 years, still no issue, there call center also excellent as well as response is quite good when i want to ask anything. They understand and listen customer carefully and suggest perfect solutions. Also after collaboration with jazz cash in pakistan it got more easy for me to withdraw.
    It is a good payment service. However, they need to improve on their customer support. They are slow in responding to issues raised by the clients. Money is sent to you, you wait for the standard waiting time. When that lapses they ask for some documents. You provide those and then have to wait days for verification of those. Then they ask for more... The social media teams are the most unreliable.
    Its been 10 days since I persisted in trying to settle in as a new client but these great team members tonight helped me settle the long term headache. A big shout out to Chris who stayed on and had this laid to rest. Not to forget Charmaine who followed up even when the internet acted up. You deserve a special appreciation for the great job
    I'm from Nepal and I'm Payoneer Card for most of things like shopping from store, using it for online purchase and for online payment of subscriptions. Its really easy and the customer service is also but a bit slow Live Chat. It's better and faster to resolve the problem through a call. A bit expensive to load money on Card from a country like Nepal. We can't upload money directly through our bank account. Thank you
    Im still waiting for my acc to be approve, I know it takes time and already received a lot of rejection and Im still waiting for it, but the representative that spokes to me educated me how it works, He is very polite with manner, have the firm when talking, I can say that he was an expert in his job.     I was waiting my pending payment for 2 days. Unfortunately it was due to holiday (Saturday, Sunday). I called to customer care to complain, when support personal treat me politely and described the procedure, As I am NON ENGLISH customer there was some language problem (due to native pronunciation) she described me in simple way so I could understand the issue, I was really pleased. Thank you very much Anna.
    I opened an account 6 years ago and wanted to keep it since its linked to my primary email and for some policy they had before they were charging me 6 annual fees without we even using the service ones but my representative found a solution and the only reason i'm giving it 4 starts is because i'm just waiting to confirm my new card and hopefully all the charges go away since i never even had money in the account I'll keep you posted.
    Last night was truly an amazing experience having Ms. Honnee from the other line! She was so great and very responsive. I am truly grateful with the service that she provided! My account was pending since July 2019 and yet, she was able to come up with a resolution to fix my problem. I hope that you will give her this commendation.     I had an issue with Pending payment and called Payoneer. Paulo answered my call and helped me through the process. What made me more happy was the fact that he called me back after my airtime exhausted to assist me with the issue and in less than 2 minutes it was resolved even though he told me it would take 2hrs. Thanks a lot. You guys are better than PayPal by far. Please, I was not paid to post this. I was just too happy with the way I was treated. It's a pleasant experience tbh
    The account opening procedure was swift and i had no issues. However, after reading reviews of some old users of Payoneer i figured its usual that they take longer to approve payments. I finally got through to talk to a customer service representative and my fear of completely losing my money ended. I do recommend Payoneer as a service for businesses but only if you can fulfil your customers order on time keeping in mind each payment will be delayed for a week.
