    I purchased multiple products from Skinceuticals and decided to return one of them because it wasn't great. I returned the product over two months ago and have been waiting for my refund. I have called the customer service number no less than 12 times. I have chatted with their online support no less than 10 times and NO one can follow through what they say they're going to do. It has been incredibly frustrating. SO, you should know that even though the products might be great on some level, their customer service is horrific.
    My mother gives me a pot of their eye cream every time I see her (not often enough). I can't really afford their products, but my 70 year old mother has been using them for years and she looks amazing. I think it is a brand than dermatologists recommend the most. In fact, I think it used to be that you could only buy it from dermatologists. Anyway, I love the eye cream and feel like it helps with the under eye circles.
    Way too over priced, and even worse on Amazon. There are plenty of alternative companies out there that want to help you on your skincare journey, not rob you. Look elsewhere for both quality and affordability.
    First of all, I'm in my mid-40's and don't like gimmicky beauty products with false claims. This company actually presents the results of their clinical trials, and is one of the few companies recommended by my dermatologist. My must-haves are CE Ferulic, Retexturing Activator and Physical Fusion sunscreen. I use them as directed everyday (for over 5 years) and I am very pleased with the results. No fragrance, no glitter, no gimmicks! My skin always looks and feels amazing. I never need to wear cosmetics! Even my rosacea has diminished. I don't recommend anything else!
    I had one horrific experience in early 2020, that went on for months trying to get my money back for a duplicate shipment caused by Skinceuticals' switching from no backorder system to having one--in the middle of my ordering process. COVID delayed response times from cust. Support, but when I was contacted, no one was the least bit customer centric. Several months after getting my money back, I was willing to give them another try. What a mistake! I could not get the order placed because their defective "fraud protection partner" couldn't verify my information on either of two credit cards--one of which was good enough for the initial order in my first experience with ordering. They basically told me to shop elsewhere--no concern at all. I am completely writing Skinceuticals off. Customer Service is Atrocious and offensive!
    I always get samples from this online and i always get oily or combination they all come in big samples but are very effective
    I have ordered products from Skinceuticals.com in the past with no problem. However, my most recent order has turned out to be an enormous headache and has proven this company to be incredibly unprofessional. I placed an order with Skinceuticals ten days ago. When by the following day I hadn't received the email receipt the order page told me I should expect, I called customer service. They had no record of my order and suggested that I place my order again, which I did. This second transaction also yielded no receipt and, after calling again, also was not in the company's order files. However, despite the fact that SkinCeuticals had no record of my order, I soon discovered that there were 150 separate $1.00 pending charges on my credit card statement. This went on for four days--150 new pending charges each day. And still, the company had no record of me ever placing an order and no idea why those pending charges were showing up. I spoke with four separate customer service representatives. All of them promised to look into it and call me back--none of them ever did. Instead, I received an email from SkinCeuticals at an email address that is NOT the address attached to my SkinCeuticals.com account. While it is likely that I shared this email with SkinCeuticals in the past, this email address is definitely NOT the address that is linked to (and still shows up on) my account profile on SkinCeuticals.com, so I'm not sure why the company has retained it and furthermore, why they would use this medium to contact me when I had been contacting them via phone. It has been ten days since I placed my first order and nine since I first contacted SkinCeuticals.com regarding this problem. Still, no one has an explanation for how the company "lost" the record of my order but managed to retain my credit card number and then attempted to charge that card approximately 450 times. (Side note: I was in communication with my credit card company throughout this ordeal--there was no problem with my card or my credit card account.) No pending charges have accrued in the past six days, but SkinCeuticals still can't explain what went wrong, and these pending charges still show up on my account. At last word, they are still "looking into it." Needless to say, I'm dismayed that I've given my personal information to a company that can't seem to keep track of it and displays such nonchalance at the realization that they don't.
    Such and amazing brand filled with all kinds of products that i use morning and night. I love their skin care products and they aren't pricy in my opinion.
    Woyld highly recommend this to anyone how has trouble with dry or oil skin there is a cleanseer that uses soybean oil that really helps
