    Sephora is the place where I buy all my skincare products and I am really happy with it. Shipping time could be sometimes better.
    I've only ordered one time, but it was a pretty good experience. My only negative was that it didn't ship super fast, but still in a reasonable amount of time (especially given that I ordered at the busiest time of year). I got exactly what I ordered, and I would definitely give this a try again. I've also noted that their online sales far exceed what they offer in the store so this is the better choice.
    I used to be such an Sephora fan! The last 5-6 orders have always been missing samples that I have selected. Instead of substituting, they don't send anything and no explanation. This is especially ridiculous considering there is a section where they ASK YOU to take the time to select what you want. Not to mention the rewards bazaar often has one or two items to choose from vs years past where there were at least a dozen. Can't wait for Ulta to come to Canada and definitely good that Shoppers carries a lot of the luxury brands I now love. Sephora has stopped caring about its customers.
    SEPHORA customer service is terrible. I bought a blush at the store and went to return it 2 days past the 30 day get your money back period due to getting my COVID booster and not feeling well for a couple of days. When I went into the store to explain this the manager was so rude and didn't even care total lack of empathy. Unless it's a product I can't find elsewhere I won't buy anything in there again
    So I got the Sephora Play monthly bag subscription for my daughter around Christmas. All was ok but when I went to cancel the subscription, it is no where on the account settings. You can tell it was omitted because upon (having to waste more time searching for help online) There is a step by step instruction with image of the part in Subscription options, and it isn't same info when in the account. Others seem to be having same problems and my daughter logged in from her pc to try herself. Sephora, you don't clutch customers like this in an effort to not loss business during Coronavirus. Bad move and very shady. So much of a customers time is lost trying to get resolve that I will never even use your store now based on this tactic. Neither will my daughter and I am making sure to post on social media with screenshots. We all are connected to beauty business so your greed only backfired. Don't give us the BS either that there are issues because other complaints have been posting
    Sone of us have a orange based or grey tinted bronzed prefered look when it comes down to it. Im more of a grey tint i cant do a orange tint it looks bad on me
    I would give a big fat ZERO stars if I could! Ordered an eyeliner and it was so dried out when I got it that it was totally unusable which tells me they have a quality control problem in clearing out old items past their expiry date. I also tried to use 100 of my beauty insider points on a lipstick but at the last minute, they cancelled it, not including it with my order. However, the lipstick was still showing as available days after I placed my order as a beauty insider selection. I phoned customer service because the lipstick was still showing as available and also was available for purchase for $25.00. The customer service rep. Said he would send it out and was not sure what had happened. I received an additional email with a new order # for the missing item indicating that I would be emailed when the item shipped. I did not get any additional email and when I logged into my account to see what was going on, it showed that the order had been cancelled for the second time! I phoned again, and this time the customer service rep. Says that the item is no longer available for purchase with my points. I indicated to her that clearly they were still in stock for purchase as I had just added one to my cart to prove it, but she says sorry they cannot ship the one that you pay cash for! Seriously, it is the same exact lipstick is it not!? This is not the first time I have had my beauty insider items cancelled for no good reason, but it will definitely be the last. I am done shopping with Sephora as they clearly do not value their customers and need to be held accountable. From now on I will shop at Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique as they have a better loyalty program (Optimum Points) and they always ship the sample or promotional items as promised. Lesson Learned!
    My first order from sephora.ca was in April 2016. I bought the eyeshadow set called NAKED Urban Decay, and the micro. Mini beautyblender sponge. I was so happy to receive the goods in just 2 days, and FREE SHIPPING because my order was over $50. What's more, I got 3 free samples of their other products. Just yesterday, Nov. 21, I ordered the following: (1) BAREPRO Performance Wear Powder Foundation-Warm Natural 12 and (1) Verb Hydrating Mask. I received a confirmation of delivery date in 2 days, so I am excited to receive the products and again, with 3 FREE SAMPLES, one of which is the micro. Mini beauty blender sponge which my daughter likes! I can see myself ordering more from sephora.ca. I like their website, it's very user-friendly. I also earn points that I can exchange for their products. SIMPLY MARVELOUS! As of this typing, the shipment finally arrived, and as expected, Sephora delivered their promise of quality products and freebies they commit to give. HAPPY!
