I purchased my first Mac Cosmetic lipstick. I chose Sultry Move from their powder kiss line and I absolutely love the color. Before ordering it online, I decided to go to the store and test it. I'm so happy with it. It doesn't leave my lips looking or feeling dry which is so important. I'm definitely purchasing more from them.Recently I bought a M. A. C. Mascara in the Covent Garden store: it was just terrible, dropping down in bits, glued the eyelashes together and made my face dirty. What a waist of money! The lipstick was very mediocre. Lips feel dry after using it. I won't use M. A. C. Even if I'm given it for free.
The last and not least - the till woman got my email address under the false pretences of sending me an invoice only to say that this function isn't working. Now I'm bombarded with the M. A. C. Spam and no matter how many times I block them or unsubscribe I still get their emails with their disgusting products. It all looks very fancy both in the store and on their website but the quality of the products is below any appropriate level.It is quite expensive in my country but the quality of their products are amazing! Because of covid probably they made some sale for their lipstick and I could buy 2 lipstick with the price of one. Russian Red and Velvet Teddy. Loved both! So good, the Russian Red is exactly the texture and color I was looking for years! But yes, most probably in future I cant buy a new one..This is affordable cosmetics and of a very good quality. The diversity is stunning. There is always many things to choose from whether it goes about lipsticks or any other items.Ordered a buy 1 get 1 free promotion for my wife. The link took me to their Facebook page, not the order link. I sent a message through Facebook and got a response within 24 hours that I am supposed to order it on Lazada. I went to order it on Lazada and there was no option to select the buy 1 get 1 free promotion. At first, I selected "2" units, but saw the subtotal was for 3,200 baht, so instead I selected "1" unit, thinking that they would send the other free one for the single price of 1,600 baht. But, they only sent one, and when I pointed out the error on Facebook, they said I needed to select "2" units and there would be a 50% discount on the 3,200 baht price. But, that's not explained anywhere! When I pointed this out to them, they said that I could return the one product, but they had run out of the free one. Bottom line is, don't trust MAC to get your order right. I'll never buy anything again from a place that doesn't take you directly to the advertised sale. And, of course, I'll never buy another MAC cosmetic product, as they didn't fix the problem when presented with the facts of the order fail.Good make ups and foundation! Their products are good quality wise. Not so expensive. Only makeup that I can afford. Thank you!Love the products and love their customer service! They will never fail to satisfy or make your purchase experience worth it!I give Mac Cosmetics 4 Stars only because their online shop needs to get better, customer support service is just super slow and can't help solving my questions. Hope it gets better...I just received my MAC order. I am in heaven. These Patent Paint Lip Lacquers are fantastic. I purchased Major Glazer, Lacquered Up, Polished Prize, Eternal Sunshine, Red Enamel, Latex Love, and Slick Flick. I love them all - sorry I didn't get them all. Great shine, longer lasting then most glosses. Plus it leave a nice stain on lips as it fades. I also replenished Ruby Woo and am trying Velvet Teddy for the first time. Cannot wait. I bought a new lip brush #316. I think this lip brush is the best - I've tried other brands but I love the way this applies lip products. I also finally bought the foundation brush #196. Last but not least I also got the Extended Play Gigablack Lash Mascara - I love all MAC's mascaras so I think I'll like this too.After waiting a long time for an order, which the mac consultants claimed that the GLS already tried to deliver, even though I was not contacted, or at least notified in any way about the takeover of the order by the GLS, or about the delivery of the order, I met with an accusing and unprofessional attitude of the support service, just trying to hide any guilt.I think that this cosmetic is very affordable. At least, I can buy it. I also like the quality. It's good to see nice result.OMG! I love their legendary lipstick colors! It's to die for. It doesn't dry out your lip and it's very smooth.It is my favorite brand ever, prices are the only minus, but people I cannot go anywhere without their lipstick.I would always feel so professional using MAC products, the foundations are particularly great and they offer a great range of shades. They are super easy to get a hold of in department stores and online. However, I'm having to stop using them as they are not cruelty free - it's something that should be of utmost importance to a brand in this day and age and I no longer feel that MAC shares the same ethical and moral values as many other beauty brands.For years I have used their products and now during quarantine have time to leave some feedback. They've got great quality and competitive pricing. I'll keep buying MAC.Their cosmetics were super affordable and great quality for the price. Service is easily the best part. It's family run and they're all very helpful, polite and warm. Two thumbs up!Love the lip sticks but refreshing to buy them. They break the moment they get dropped! Sad but true.In May 2020. I purchased two items from MAC. They came broken. I tried to reach MAC for either a refund or to have them re-send the products. After trying in vain to reach them, I escalated a claim with PAYPAL. I did EVERYTHING was asked to do-- down to paying (more money) to send the product back to MAC. I just received a call from the UPS store indicating that MAC REFUSED to accept the returned products. If I have to send this again, this would mean paying TWICE: first for products that were so damaged that they cannot be used, and second to send back products that I received damaged in the first place.
I am tired of this run-around with MAC. I sent photos to PAYPAL twice, explained what happened three times, sent the product back as requested, sent the tracking number for the returned product, and now this. I just want a refund and will have no further dealings with this company. They were quick to pull my money, but now I end up spending more just trying to get this resolved.
UPDATE: I finally received a full refund from MAC, but I will never purchase their products again.I must admit this brand has excellent cosmetics products but the prices are a little bit high. They have a lot of cool colorful lipsticks that I really like. When they have sales it is possible to buy some good products.Retro matte lipstick, the runway hit
Ordered MAC product for the first time and wanna say that's probably the best lipstick I ever had! The color stays for a really long time and I'm thinking to try some other colors of this brand :)I love all the makeup products of Mac brand. Once I ordered a lipstick of mac brand and got shipped within few days. I was satisfied with product as it was of excellent quality and beautiful colour. They have a wide range of items with color variety and reasonable price. Good and helpful customer service.I am in love with this brand, all products of great quality, I do not exchange for anything and I strongly recommend it.Love MAC products but SERIOUSLY disappointed in this response about broken lip gloss containers, it has happened three times now with this lip gloss and I finally asked for a refund. This is what I got. OH, and another time, I bought a lipstick IN a box, took it home, and it had been USED. I bought it in an airport, not like I could go back to the store about it. GROSS.

FYI, circumstances "beyond their control" is a crummy container design that busts with any kind of contact. Specifically the MAC liquid lip colors. Don't be fooled by the pretty colors. The cheap plastic containers are good for a few months or the first accidental drop, they break faster than fine china. Shame on you MAC.This company has definitely made me feel unwelcome in the past, but recently, it's gotten worse, I had contacted customer services regarding a product I had purchased being a off consistently and not the way it usually is, they brushed it off and blamed me for the awful product that I am very familiar with, didn't help at allI have purchased MAC products from stores like Ulta or Sephora before, I'm satisfied with the quality of some of their products. When I made my first few purchases through MAC directly, one of my orders got lost and I reached out to the delivery company and they told me to reach out to the vendor to see what options are available because, pretty much my package was lost. So I reached out to MAC to see what they can do, keep in mind I put my order in on November 24th so that I can get it in time for the holidays to be able to wrap it up and gift it. 4 days ago they said they would ship a replacement, they never did. When I reached out to them today to see if they just forgot to notify me that they shipped the replacement, I was told that I would get an email when the replacement was shipped. I put in an order yesterday, completely separate, and that order got shipped on the same day. So they're giving priority to new orders but things that people should have gotten so long ago because they were maybe going to gift it, those customers don't seem to matter to them at all.
