When I provided proof of purchase, they changed their tune, but were basically unwilling to honor their own warranty and provide a new product or explain why this was happening. Oh, and they also suppress reviews on websites like this because they don't want people knowing the truth about their product.A few months into my use of this product, I had a slight malfunction with the charging port, but I emailed Foreo and they graciously sent me a brand new product within days! I was amazed at her prompt and considerate customer service, even way past the standard return date.
