    Says was delivered according to USPS didn't even have my apartment number. Says was left at door. I don't live in a highly traffic area. Pretty much only neighbors come through the are it's kind of at a dead end... Well bought myself some boots for Wisconsin winter for my birthday because figured I'd have something... Nope they told me to pound sand and I can take it up with USPS... I'll likely be having to get my money back via credit card company.
    I tried ordering some hats for my husband. The company stated they were delivered and I then disputed it on December 5th 2021. They then proceeded to ignore, hang-up on me, and put me through so many hoops to try and get the refund resolved for NEVER receiving their products. Then after a over a month after waiting 3 hrs on the phone to talk to someone they said they resolved it and they don't care anymore. If i wanted anything further ask the police for help. Most rude and unhelpful company. Don't support them with your money its a waste if anything goes wrong.
    I placed an order for Men's cargo pants but what was shipped to me instead was a Woman's Fleece Jacket. I called customer service and spent 6hr 20min going from 270 in line to 170 in lin4. I finally game up. Today I called when the first opened and was 18 in line... after 2 hours, I'm #6. I tried their chat as they recommend while being on hold, and it doesn't work. I will NEVER buy anything from Columbia online! If you do order from them, pray that they get it right or you don't have to return anything!
    I purchased a pair of flipflops so I would not slip on my patio. That worked very well, but soon the tops of the flipflops got dry and hard and started rubbing on the tops of my feet. They wore some painful blisters. Columbia refused to admit it was workman ship and said it was fit. They fit fine. I never even went into water with them, but did put wet feet into them from time to time. They should not dry up and cause blisters. I would never buy shoes from Columbia again.
    Spent 41 days going back and forth with their customer service on a pair of boot that were never delivered. After the 41st day told me to contact the shipper there is nothing they can do about the situation. Charged my card, kept the money and never delivered the product. The shipper shows two separate delivery dates one taking place at 3:54 AM. Total disappointment in a company I have purchased a lot from in the past.
    For more than a week my order hasn't been even shipped despite the commitment to deliver it withing time frames the website suggested. We all experience the holidays season not for the first time ever so the company could do better with it. The return of the merchandise is not free ( okay, not competitive though) but then they send it in multiply shipments so you have to return ( if needed) in multiply returns being CHARGED multiply times as well :) Thank you! No more online shopping there. And NO CHAT to talk to anyone for weeks. BAD
    When they leave people on hold for six hours because you are over 250 in line and you try to talk to 2 live chat people about the problems THEY caused the customer, then they are only in business for the money. Hire more people to answer the phone. Very rude customer service reps that try to shift the blame to the customers for wrongs columbia causes. Also they might want to do something about not honoring their warranties and their less then stellar zippers. Extremely unprofessional company.
    Reading these reviews makes me leery of ever receiving my goods. This is a kind of good brand, but I guess only if you go to a brick-mortar store. I got one pkg and did not receive second pkg or feedback of any sort, just ads. (Returned first pkg of clothing because S was too big, M was too small. Am being charged return fee!) Supposedly shipped 03 Jan 2022, UPS tracking number is not valid per UPS site. Emailed their Columbia customer service. If I don't get answer, will report them to BBB in their state.
    I placed an order for a raincoat from this place. It sat in limbo for 2 weeks showing it was being processed. I call them and after a 2 hour wait, I am told that it is being shipped out the next day. The next day I check the status and it's still showing in process. A week later I get a notification from my bank that the money I sent to Columbia has been sent back to my account. I check the status of the raincoat and it still shows in process. The whole situation is unacceptable. They choose to lie right to your face with no morals. I am fortunate to get my money back but Columbia, you have lost my business and it's now it's my job to get a hundred people to shop elsewhere and then by the time word of mouth gets around, you lose a hundred more, then a hundred more. There's no end to the amount of people that we can get to avoid doing business with a company that $#*!'s on it's customers. Now your right up there along with Adidas. Companies that treat paying customers poorly.
    I ordered a shirt with a certain design and a similar shirt with a different design came in my email confirmation. I called customer service and was told that they could not Cancel the order even though I had just placed it. They said I had to wait for it to be delivered and then I had to go find a UPS store and return it. Very annoying when They sent me the wrong product. Reading some of these reviews it looks like they do this bait and switch a lot and I will never order from them again.
    I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift, it was too small so I returned it and bought a size larger. They returned the original jacket back to me saying the label was off or worn, but it wasn't. I sent them pictures showing the label is still on the jacket. Oscar from the support team was very helpful in helping me return the item for a second time. Good work Oscar!
    I purchase a coat and it was suppose to be here on Feb 1st. Tracking info is provided up to Feb 1st and nothing after that date. It states it was delivered to DHL n transferring to carrier service. I called on Saturday, already 5 days after it was suppose to be here & got a rep who was like well the info says it's delivered try checking back Monday to see if it's updated. So Monday nothing changes. So this morning, Tuesday I called and got a rep and all they can offer is to open an investigation and wait another 2 wks! I was like I cannot afford to purchase another coat and js wait for one to show up so I can return and pay more shipping to get my refund. They offered no help other than "opening an investigation" and to wait. At this rate by the time the coat gets here I'll get to turn around and return it bcuz it'll be spring and it won't fit my kid next year! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never purchase from again!
    I purchased a jacket for a winter trip to the UK. When the jacket didn't arrive when expected, I called the customer service line. I spent 6 hours waiting to speak with a representative. The first representative I spoke to was nice but could not help me. The package never arrived. They insisted that they would open an investigation that would likely result in me getting my money back. After 30 days the investigation was complete and they told me that the package was delivered without providing any proof. I then followed up with the delivery service UPS to restart the investigation. At this point it has been 50 days. I don't have my coat. I had to purchase one from another company despite the fact that I have been charged 250 dollars for nothing. I have spent countless hours trying to get my money back, but Columbia doesn't seem to care about that or their customers in general. I will never buy another Columbia product and I will advise everyone I know to do the same.
    Ordered 10 hats as gifts to bring to Mexico, and the ones the sent are nothing like the ones I ordered. Now it's impossible to get through to customer service. You can only call and wait on hold for hours!
    My family and I like their jackets. These are the best sports jackets. Easy to care. Easy to wear. Easy to store. They are convenient for any season.
    Last year I purchased a raincoat and hiking boots from this site. The service is good, everything arrived without any delay. The clothes are of high quality. It survived last year road trip through the mountains. I think it is still good for another one trip :)) But I do need some new shirts and I have noticed a few fancy items already:) I agree that the price sometimes too high, but I think it worth that
    Do not buy from Columbia if you're unsure that you'll keep it. Awful customer service/returns. Awful!
    In just one box, I sent back two items of separate orders each item with appropriate paperwork. One of the items is listed as having been received the other has no such listing. Phone is hours of wait time and chat is extensive wait time too. BAD customer service.
    An excellent outdoor experience with this company`s clothing and footwear! I own three coats and two pairs of boots from them, for different type of weather, and can say they are gorgeous. You really dont bother about whats happening outside - these clothes will serve you good. The only thing that can be considered as a drawback - their prices, quite high.
    Placed an order. The automated system changed the shipping address on my order. Called to get it corrected before it ships... 362 calls ahaed of me! Put my number in for auto call back. NO CALL BACK! Tried chat... don't waste your time there either. It asked if I wanted a live person, I clicked, "yes" it told me to call customer service, THEY ARE TOO BUSY! I've now been on the phone for 2 1/2 hours. I have 164 customers ahead of me. I hope my call is answered before they close! GEEZZZZ! SHOP ELSEWHERE!
    I sent my jacket into Columbia's warranty div. How long do I wait. Columbia warranties are a scam.
    I received an email about a 20% off sale on top of their end of season 50% off sale. I clicked on men's, then shorts. It showed several styles in all colors on sale. I clicked on the short I wanted and tried it purchase 12 pairs. The website wanted to charge me regular price, not the 50% off, not the additional 20% off but full price. I called customer service and the lady told me was only for two colors not all colors as shown on the shorts page. I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She said he or she was unavailable, i call the presidents office and left a message with his assistant who never returned my call. This is not the first time I have been deceived by their faulty systems.
    I have a Columbia 590TD jacket. Overall, I love the thing BUT, the inside lining in the pockets CONSTANTLY gets caught in the zipper to the point where I can't use them! And, I DO mean CONSTANTLY... not now and then but, every single time I try to unzip the pocket. This is NOT rocket science! The manufacturer could simply use a wider thread pattern to keep the inner lining further away from the zipper.
    The item was still in the warehouse on the 26/12 and i sent two mails saying i am in Israel and use a forwarder.the next day i phone them on 4am but they refused to change address. Later i chat with them and she told me her boss said it cannot be done for a security reason of stealing fear. You can look at my mails that came with the same purchase email. Very bad experiance
    Beware of abysmal customer service if you order online. I was in the queue for 7 hours only to be told that they couldn't cancel my order, even though it had not shipped yet. They mislead you with the "expected delivery" dates when you select your shipping method. I opted for "expedited shipping" which gave an estimate of Dec. 28-29th. This was sooner than the estimated 3-4 business days that their FAQ section claims that it will take to arrive. Essentially, their website misrepresents the amount of time it will take the package to get to you by lowballing the shipping estimate on the purchase page, which is speedier than their actual estimate, which is buried in the terms of service. In short, DO NOT TRUST THE SHIPPING ESTIMATES. THEY ARE MISLEADING.
