I contacted Bluehost and the technician kept me on the line for over an hour "not understanding" my issue and informed me that only a technician and cancel an account which was contrary to everything instruction I read from Bluehost. I also asked for a refund and received a "prorated" refund. Who dropped the ball, Bluehost or Hostgator?
