Horrible company. I had ordered an ipad unlocker program from them. The advertising was misleading and it made my ipad useless to me. When I ordered it, it said I had 60 days to get a refund if I was not satisfied. I submitted a refund request and they gave me the run around for 4 days. Then, refused to refund me. Don't buy anything from this company unless you want to lose your money.Tried their software but it didn't work at all. Did not uncover any lost text messages or phone numbers. When one uses the software for "wiping" the passcode, it loads a brand new iOS firmware on the phone and thereby deactivates it. It then can't continue to do anything helpful.
