While the wait was a little long, I managed to buy a book that would regularly cost $15.00 for around $8.00! ($13.68 USD including taxes and shipping). My product came in excellent condition and they even gave me a free bookmark :) (with a coupon for $5 off my next order!) I would definitely recommend this website to any book lover, as its like the gift that keeps on giving!Funny story, I heard about this website from a tiktok and couldn't believe how incredibly cheap the books were so I had to placed a large order asap. I saved a ton of money and the books are good quality…they look brand new! Shipping was incredibly fast, took 9 days to get to me in California from Canada. I cannot emphasize enough on how excellent their customer service and products are :) Book outlet will always be my first stop before heading to a bookstore from now on!I ordered a number of books earlier this month. Happy to support a local company rather than Amazon, etc. Prices were equal or better to larger online retailers. Quick free shipping with tracking. Website was easy to use and search for books. Unbeatable selectionSearched the book title on Google. Book outlet was cheaper by 2$. The check out was generic nothing special, was able to use PayPal which is nice. Gives me extra confidence when using a website for the first time. Standard shipping was 5$. We will see how long it takes for the book to arrive and the shape it comes in. Will definitely do a follow up review on that. As of now I would recommend this site to avid readers as saving money is a nice benefit to anyone who reads alot.I got 4 books all for $24 (and that's including shipping.) the books are all in good condition as well! My package came about a week after I ordered it so I would highly recommend ordering from them. I'm definitely going to do so again.The company shipped me a book with what looks to be nail polish all over it. Obvious damage and they shipped it anyway. Pages stuck together and greenish paint all over. Outside of 5 days so they won't refund. This is absolutely ridiculous bc this book should never have been boxed. Very poor service!Wow just, WOW! Both books are brand-new condition for a fraction of the full retail price available on other major bookseller sites. Discovering BookOutlet is a danger for my wallet-- now my book budget will go even farther!It took 2 weeks but well worth it. Got some light novels and manga for way under the market price. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so badEasy to use site. Great filtering options. Description and price easy to see without having to drill into individual item. Only improvement IMO would be to offer the PayPal option before having to type in address and hit it automatically populate with the PayPal data. I'll be back though. Thank you.I ordered children's books to give as prizes for my library's Summer Reading program. The books we got were good quality, and we were able to get even nice hardbacks for under $3. The only drawback is that when the books arrived they were not packed very well. One box was ripped through and a couple of the books had bent corners or pages. Another box was pretty smashed. They might consider investing just a little bit more on quality cardboard boxes.I read the reviews on bookoutlet.ca, and was worried to order. But the prices are so tempting, so I decided to give it a try and ordered about $30 worth of books. They all arrived in great condition, took about a week (I live in Toronto, and they are based in Ontario, so that might have helped). It was delivered by Canada Post, no issues at all. Although my order took about 15 days (ordered April 20, received order on May 5), it was worth the wait. All my books were in PERFECT condition and I got exactly what I ordered. I recommend buying from here for cheap prices and quality books in good condition. All my books were labeled "Bargain Book Copy," meaning that the original book store had excess copies and needed to get rid of their brand new books. 100% recommend buying from here. It's the perfect site to find a replacement for books that have been lost, have disappeared from the shelves, or have been loved to death. I always drag along a suitcase full of the books I'll be discussing, plus some giveaways, and again, BookOutlet is the perfect source for those.I haven't had great experience. Books end up out of stock after purchase. Once a huge box of heavy books was shipped and by the time they delivered, the box was torn apart and retapped. 10 books missing. A random puzzle piece was inside the box and leaves. It was so disappointing and weird. I would think heavy books in one box is not a great idea. Because the books were out, I never got them but just my money back. I haven't ordered for 10 months because of that experience. Prompt delivery and received in perfect condition.Made an order on the 14th & 15th, says "shipped" but when you go to look at tracking, there is none. Its under "manifest data complete" theres a little bar and it is only part of the way full, not sure if that means that it is on its way to currier or what. I sent out ticket asking what that means, have not heard back. I did another today requesting a refund and the ticket was closed without ever being addressed. Checked my email too, nothing. Update: 12/22/21 after reaching out via pay pal dispute I finally heard back, was asked to wait 10 business days for tracking to appear and usps shipping to be enroute. Explained delays due to CVD and holidays. Can not cancel order, may return unwanted books within 30 days.
