They were also very sweet and polite unlike most customer services. I had some inquires about their sweatshirts and they answered all of my questions which helped me with my purchase a lot.I came across Astoria Activewear's brand on Instagram. I fell in love with all the cute styles they offered for activewear! Having tried multiple other brands of activewear none seemed to fit just right. I'm so glad I took a chance on buying Astoria's Activewear! Not only do I feel beautiful and comfortable wearing Astoria's activewear but I also feel more motivated to workout! I made a mistake with my order, but the customer service was pretty efficient and they fixed everything! Love the compression of the activewear... will buy again!The outfits themselves are great- I ordered 2 outfits and both were good quality and were delivered quickly. However, MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT GET VIP. I was very unhappy to find out that the VIP option automatically takes £44 from your bank account especially as I didn't realise that I had signed up for the VIP option- it automatically pops up for you to fill out your information when you make a purchase. When I saw the money had been taken from my bank account I called (on a paid number) asking to cancel this, but was informed that I could only cancel my membership but then couldn't use the £44 until I re-instated the membership. I also was told I was not able to get a refund as it is in the terms on conditions that money will be taken automatically, however this is NOT CLEAR. I will certainly not be using this company again due the lack of communication and lack of refund. It is such a shame because the sportswear itself is great and if it wasn't for this issue with money been taken automatically I would have bought further items.Quick shipping everything came as expected exactly like photo.Bottoms delivered in good time, excellent quality and fit as described on website, hopefully there'll be more colours in the future.
