    Do not purchase from Kitbag. Kitbag have taken my money, not sent me my purchase, and will not respond to my 4 x emails and FB messenger messages. I have not dealt with a worse company online. They simply do not care about the customer. Read the last reviews, they are all terrible and it is clear that the company does not prioritise customer issues. Worse customer experience ever with Kitbag.
    This site's customer service is non existent. Wanted to exchange a pull over for a different size. Using their instructions... sent it back to their returns address. It sat in customs for 3 months waiting for them to pay... they never did... returned back to me. Their solution... call the UK courier as to why it was held? I have the parcel here in the US... their second solution? Pay some more money and try sending it back again... really? There are many many other sites to get soccer apparel,. Please choose any other besides kitbag.com or just be certain you get exactly what you want. If you have to go through customer service... you'll had wish you went elsewhere.
