Got my order fast.Love the size - holds 8 cans of soda with a skinny ice pack on the bottom and domed lid allows room for breakfast and lunch for work not to mention all of the side storage areas! So I had received an email from the vendor asking me how the product ifit my need and for my feedback. Before thinking of returning the product i was going to wash it and hoping it will shrink. They had saved me by emailing me, i responded to the email and explained the problem. They answered my email right away next day, and wanting to send the replacement right away and told me to keep the original. They didn't have to do that but willing to and doing the right thing without asking questions even though it was my mistake.The outfits themselves are great- I ordered 2 outfits and both were good quality and were delivered quickly. However, MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT GET VIP. I was very unhappy to find out that the VIP option automatically takes £44 from your bank account especially as I didn't realise that I had signed up for the VIP option- it automatically pops up for you to fill out your information when you make a purchase. When I saw the money had been taken from my bank account I called (on a paid number) asking to cancel this, but was informed that I could only cancel my membership but then couldn't use the £44 until I re-instated the membership. I also was told I was not able to get a refund as it is in the terms on conditions that money will be taken automatically, however this is NOT CLEAR. I will certainly not be using this company again due the lack of communication and lack of refund. It is such a shame because the sportswear itself is great and if it wasn't for this issue with money been taken automatically I would have bought further items.The product is good quality, I like that they keep you posted every step of the way, easy to order, and CS I received was excellent!Gifts to my girlfriend. She really love these leggings, especially the one with pockets, which fit the huge galaxy note 9 with a case.There was a small fault in the leotard when it arrived but the customer service team were great and couriered another straight out. Great to get such excellent service from an online company.
