Better.Went looking for slippers based on an ad I saw online. Their selection looks great... if you wear a size 8,13, or 14 which seem to be the only thing not marked "out of stock" or "notify me" and even those you have to take what style they have the sizes in. It's like digging through a store Christmas eve after the place is stripped picking through the 3 or 4 items that are left. Sad.Ordered DMOS shovel mount from Overlander; was backorderd so I canceled order. Order showed up one day; contacted company and they said they would issue me a return label. No label was sent - several days later I contacted again; they said give them one day to get return label sent. Several days later I contacted them again. No response. Sent more emails. Never got a response. I had to contact credit card company for charge back -Bought a pair of slippers for $100. Liked them a lot but within a year, inside sole was wearing. Wrote to company about buying replacement insoles and the response was "they are meant to last." Subsequently wrote a negative review. They did not publish my negative review and when I wrote to ask why, the response was, "you are welcome to try again." I don't trust a company that withholds reviews.
