    Ordered a coat, returned it, and the return credit was made to a card not belonging to me. Customer service gets you no where, only spins you around in circles until you're so frustrated you just want to stop. They sent me a fraudulent email receipt with the credit card saying "? 2881" when I payed with Apple Pay. Seems to be a recurring issue with this company, STAY AWAY! Don't expect to get any money back from this terrible company.
    Okay so i fell in love with garages clothing awhile ago, it's 100% my style, but then i ordered a bikini online... top had no padding which is fine whatever i don't care. But the bikini bottom had a mysterious and extremely gross stain which led me to believe it had been previously used and NOT cleaned. Disgusting.
    I ordered 3 products and one was wrong in the order. I contacted them and they said they couldn't send the right product but if I wanted a refund I had to send back the wrong item. I did and now have no product and no refund. I paid for an item I never got and have written NANCY GUILLAUME in Customer Service and have got nowhere. Taken up so much of my time.
    I've loved this store for a long time now and I have had mainly positive experiences with their clothing and services. In store they're usually super enthusiastic and ready to help you if you ask and often times they'll give you advice or offer support before you even go to them! I think their stores have amazing layouts and mostly their products are organized really well. One thing that I would say is in my experience I often have less success with garage bottoms(jeans, shorts and skirts) as opposed to their tops which I absolutely love and am always confident to purchase online. In the photo below I'm wearing a tank top I just bought from their online store, it's a size M and I love it!
    I always love garage's they always impress me with how nice they fit, trendy, and comfy. For sure my favourite clothing store. Would 100% recommend
    Non existent customer service at the Metrotown location. They say they'll give you a full refund and make you not try on the item in the store and when you bring it back they claim that it's been used and that they can only give you an exchange or store credit. Why give store credit or exchange if you actually believe the item has been used? Sounds like they just don't want to give you your money back. That's a scam!
    Ordered online and my clothes were sent to the wrong address. I tried to call and email and even went to the store but no one replied to any of my responses. It's been 3 months now and no one has given me any solutions or help. NEVER shopping here again. Very disappointing that similar situations have happened like this before.
    Garage used to be my go to store, but now everything I buy there is twice as expensive and rips within a few wears. It's a shame how far downhill this company has gone.
    I was worried when I read the reviews but I decided to order anyways. Shipping took way too long but it was worth the wait!
    I've always loved shopping in store at garage. However, I am so appalled and turned away by my recent experience, I don't think I'll ever be back. The website and the app are AWFUL. Orders would not go through for me, and even a few charges made on my card which had no legit order placed. Poor customer service system. Extremely disappointed.
    I've been shopping at Garage for a long time. I love it! The clothing is great quality. Very trendy. Everyone in the store is super helpful as well! Super friendly and patient. A bit pricy but worth it. Once I ordered two pairs of different pairs of socks. Rather than getting one pink pair and one purple pair, I got two pink pairs. One of the pairs of socks still had those ink things on it to prevent people from stealing. I took it into the store and they didnt mind taking it off but it was a major inconvenience. If you're wondering about sizing for jeans, I'm a size 2 at American Eagle and a size 1 at Garage.
    We have purchased Garage jeans on September 9th, 2021. Today is November 9th and they are in garbage as totally worn out. Kinda pricey for less than 2 months use. Garage, probably doesn't know the Denim's definition as "sturdy cotton warp-faced textile". Not sturdy at all. Never again.
    I ordered 3 pairs of jeans that originally was less than $100 but once I checked out and submitted my order the app duplicated the same pair of Jeans 3 times so I ended up paying almost $200. The package was suppose to arrive April 13th but said it was delayed ever since and now the tracking has EXPIRED and still has not showed up. This place is a f**king SCAM. They literally stole my money. You're not able to fix or cancel your order which is a huge red flag in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM GARAGE CLOTHING. I would rate it 0 stars if I could!
    Very bad customer service at Bridgewater NJ store. Please don't go there to shop because they will do exchange to your purchase that you will never get your refund back the same way as you paid. They will issue a stores gift cards towards your purchases.The biggest ripoff I ever seen at the stores. They are trying to do exchange and then if your receipt is exchange then you are not eligible anymore for your refund only stores credit. BIGGEST RIPOFF. Stay away from them.
    I went to the garage store in King of Prussia. I first thought this shop looks cheap, but when I went in it was totally my style! Their business is growing and I ordered a shirt and it came in 4 days! The people that work on the website are so nice. So reliable! The fabric is hard to break. But their jeans are a little expensive.
    I have never had such a terrible experience. I made a return on an item because the size didn't work out for me. The tracking shows the return was delivered back but I still have not gotten my refund. I called them so many times to complain and they said they don't know why I have received it yet. I'm going to open a case through PayPal. Also, If you call their customer service they are so unprofessional and trashy as if they hired just anyone off the streets. Last thing, their website and app SUCKS. It's always have issues with viewing your order history and tracking. STAY AWAY!
    I JUST purchased a bungee tank and wore it 3 times and it snapped in the wash. The quality on these tanks is $#*!. Do better.
    Great service good quality
    I ordered from them in June, received notification that my items shipped and then didn't receive half of my items! I contacted them only for them to tell me to contact UPS. Okay, so I check my ups tracking and it says "shipping label made" but it hasn't been received! It never even got to UPS. So I contact them and they keep dodging it and not refunding me or sending me items I paid for! THEY ARE A SCAM YOU NEED TO AVOID!
    I placed this order over a month ago and never received the order. They sent me the tracking details but it's label is still being created apparently. The customer service won't respond back to me either so who knows where it is or if they'll even give me a refund. The shipping is not reliability the customer service is unresponsive and are not communicative or helpful at all.
    I've bought quite a few things from their outlet store in Canada and was please with my purchases. The price is also fair!
    The app sucks. They dont provide any reliable tracking info. I cudnt track my package. One of my package hasnt arrived. It's almost a month. Their customer service is awful. I called and was made to wait for a long time and still nobody responded. Worst experience of shopping online and would never recommend this brand to anyone.
    Made an order on black friday of about 12 items. I received less than half and it's been over 3 weeks. I complained and am not even being refunded. They claim to have sent all items in the same package but how could 12 items fit in a small package? Who's stealing from me?
    If you noticed Garage recent rebranding (they improved their marketing), you also noticed the significant increase of their price range. I was curious to see how would the quality match the general price increase. I can give it to you straight, the quality is still mediocre: I bought a tiny crop top for 26$ that I found very cute, I wore it for a total of 5 times (washed it 5 times, gentle cycle, cold water) and I can already see holes in the fabric, along the rib-cage line (not under the armpits). Please don't get lured by their new marketing. The quality is still way below expectations.
    I ordered my niece jean shorts and two tank tops, for her birthday. They were to be delivered in Kingston. They delivered a very large pair of mom Jess instead. I have called and left a message to customer service and sent a message. They did get back and with no apology asked for a photo and sku number of what was sent and what I ordered. I got back right away to them. It's been over a week now and I have no more information. Waiting to hear when they will send the correct items? Very disappointed I understand delays with Covid 19 but when they make the error they should at least get back to me.
