    Everlane的評論

I purchased two of the Everlane leather market totes and after less than a year of use, the straps on both have split and broken. I contacted Customer Service to express my disappointment, and they offered no acceptable solution. The bags are stylish, but the quality is not good. I would not buy from this company again - partially for the quality but mostly due to their abysmal customer service. I hope with this review it saves other customers from the same disappointment
I wish I had read the reviews online rather than just on their website before I placed an order. It has now been a full month since I placed an order with Everlane, and still no trace of my parcel ('en route' every day for a month). This is absolutely insane. With clothing I am pretty forgiving and will return and repurchase items if I realize I chose the wrong size, but I am fully over it at this point. If these jeans don't fit on top of the insane wait, I will just cut my losses and never place another order.
I have no idea what the clothes are like because they never delivered them. They simply took my money and went dark. You cannot speak to a human being. Customer customer service rates a zero.
Customer service does not exist. Spent weeks waiting for an order I could not cancel that was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas. Ordered 2.5 weeks before Christmas. Website advertised it for Christmas. They never sent it and after 2 weeks I requested the current ad promotion which supposedly offers free expedited shipping" and they said I couldn't have it. This after 8 emails answered only by auto respond emails and a call to a local shop looking for help. Not worth it. Fake "concern". This company is worse than Amazon who at least connects you to a person and tried to help. False advertising!
On Everlane's website you can see exact measurements and what the clothes are made of, which is great. In my case, the coat I got is 100% cotton & water resistant. You can also change the measurement unit from inches to cm if you live outside the US, and it looks like they offer their clothes from size 00 to 16. The online reviews also give you a better understanding of products. It's true that my specific coat fits true to size, and I wanted mine to be oversized which is why I got it in one size bigger. You can also choose to view the factory in which the products were made, to see the whole process of how the clothes are made, how many employers said company has, and when it was created. You can read about their recent projects and see photos of the workers and the factory. The shopping experience in itself was very effortless. If you sign up for an account, you can save products and check out effortlessly. The check out process is very easy too, and it seems that anything priced at $100 or over includes free shipping. Size exchanges and returns should be easy to do. I had ordered something before this coat and it was cancelled soon after because they had ran out of stock for that item when I purchased it. I got refunded almost immediately, so it personally wasn't a problem for me. Overall, the coat feels really high quality and I feel good about my purhcase, so I give Everlane a 4/5. I love Everlane's selection of classic pieces that should last you for a very long time. The pricing also feels good, since we know how these clothes are made. The shipping was also fast, the package shipped to me within a few days of the purchase. The only things I'd mention is that there is some size inconsistency and not all of their products are eco-friendly. I would recommend always checking the measurements first, as some items run bigger than others. They do have some items that include leather, so keep that in mind if you wish to shop more ethical. I think I'll be shopping from Everlane again.
I bought the Everlane cheeky jeans because it's so hard to find 100% denim. I'm so sick of the thin stretchy pants that have come to pass for jeans. The Everlane jeans took about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to arrive (not really that bad in Covid times where shipping is really a problem). They arrived and were great right out of the box. Much higher quality than I've seen in jeans in a long time. A fair price for the good quality. I bought the original cheeky ankle jeans which are supposed to be straight fit in a size 34. I fit the size 18/34 according to their size chart and an 18 is my normal size. The legs are a little loose (I never have extra room in the thigh - but these I do - not too much, but not clingy) and at the lower leg i really wanted a narrower bottom, but not looking for the stretch clingy fit. The hip fit perfectly and the waist was slightly loose. They were "ankle" and they come exactly to my mid ankle (26"). I would have preferred them about an inch shorter or an inch longer as they really just look like pants that are just barely long enough, but don't have any aspect of looking like a cropped pant. After wearing for the day, they definitely loosened up and got a little loose in the hip/seat. I wonder if I could fit a 33 instead, but not sure about the hip/thigh as the garment measurement would be about 2 1/2 inches smaller at the thigh and 2 inches smaller at the hip - so out of the box they may be a bit too tight, but I think after the stretch that natural 100% cotton denim gives they would have been perfect. The picture attached still has tags attached and was right out of the box before any stretch occurred.
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. 2-4 weeks delay in delivery for these expensive clothes? Ridiculous! You need to stop taking orders or hire more employees if you can't handle the volume! First and last time shopping on this website! I will stick with ASOS, ZARA, and other fast fashion retailers with quality customer service. I placed an order with ASOS the same time as Everlane. I was able to receive my order from ASOS, return items that did not work for me, and just received my refund from ASOS. All of this has happened and Everlane hasn't even shipped out my order yet.
How many businesses these days actually have a model? EVERLANE does! Of course I am a customer of honesty who wouldn't be? This is their motto - "Exceptional quality. Ethical factories. Radical Transparency." I have found for classic basic clothes EVERLANE is the place to go. The problem is shipping takes forever. I ordered gifts for friends easily 10 days before a birthday. Still hasn't arrived. I'm embarrassed. When I went to see if it ever delivered I found the cashmere sweater I ordered for myself where you supposedly get to choose how much you pay - CANCELLED. Nice to know. I didn't cancel it. Nobody wrote to me or mentioned it. When you go to call them. Guess what NO PHONE. I guess that is honesty and ethics? Transparent business practices is phone service. All of my early enthusiasm has deflated. I will be adding them to spam in e-mails. They will reach me like I can reach them. EVERLANE falls short in the business of customer service. All awful is returning. Free shipping is not free shipping if I have to make a phone call and go through a hassle to return an item. No more sending gifts of Everlane either if they can't make a simple exchange or return. They make for example a RE-CASHMERE sweater. LOVE the idea. But the reason I wear cashmere is that softness and when I got it? For me it was too scratchy. So now it is in a pile of to do's. They could have simply added a return label, but they don't. Hugely disappointed. I have to call them and print a label who knows what it will cost. I will get back to you... Follow up - EVERLANE sent the cashmere sweater they had canceled. Very nice thick quality, what I wanted.
Ordered 5 mouthmasks. Took them 2 months to deliver. Mask are far to small for a "fit for all size". It's shapeless, dies not fit your mouth and nose well. Looks if a self fabricated piece out of underwear. Everlane does NOT take returns!
They were recommended on a podcast I heard so I thought I'd give them a try. Really impressed with the fit and feel of the organic cotton. Took a while to ship to the UK but worth the wait.
I ordered the one thing I could actually use right now-sneakers. They held a site wide 25% off sale,, then emailed customers that "due to covid-19" shipping would be delayed up to 15 days for items purchased during the sale, but full price items would ship out immediately. Not OK. That's alot of consumer money they are earning interest on whole they obviously have the means to shop out full price items.
First order. Nice selection, attractive, wide range of comfortable, quality products. A sustainable, ethical business model. Reasonable pricing.
I returned items over 6 weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund. I will NEVER EVER order from Everlane again. Really crappy customer service... Don't shop here. It's not worth the headache.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered over a month ago (24 July 20) and still haven't received my order. Shipped 10 days after the already delayed shipping date. Customer service eventually responded and all they do is apologise. Who knows when it will arrive in Australia as currently languishing in the USA. Who knows what the product will be like but really don't care anymore. First and last time I will buy off Everlane. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I tried to place an order on-line that didn't go through. After pay took $21.00 out and canceled my order. Customer service refused to honor cyber Mon. Price on reorder. Thought it was rude. Still waiting on my return payment refund. Bad experience.
The business has great products and really bad products. Be careful buying the clearance sale... Japanese go weave is a crazy low Quality fabric.
Ordered a pair of their vintage wash 90's cheeky ankle. They were too short so I ordered the exact same pair but in the regular length. Thankfully I hung on to the ankle length pair until the regular length pair arrived because they are two completely different colors! I contacted customer service and I was in short told that "they are the same pair just on the lighter wash spectrum." No where on the website do they claim that "each wash is unique" or that you might receive a pair of jeans that look nothing like the website photo. They are literally selling products and claiming them as something else. If you are going to sell inconsistent products, SAY THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE. I don't think it's wrong of people to expect an item to look the way it is advertised on the website. The only thing customer service could do for me was tell me to return them (could have offered a partial refund for inconsistent products). Their returns are already a scam because they claim "free returns" with Happy Returns but then deduct a return shipping fee from your refund. They claim to be transparent but they are genuinely shady. Madewell has better jeans, and actually good customer service. Update: I suggested to the company that they update their website to let customers know that "every pair of denim is a little different" and instead of responding they just sent a "how did we do?" link LOL.
I've had cognitive dissonance with Everlane for a while. I'm finally done drinking the cool aid. I know 100% cotton shrinks. And Everlane's ordinary t shirts shrink less and wear out nice and soft. But their recycled cotton (though I love how it feels vintage) SHRINKS. I am 5'10", 140 lbs, a women's size 4 or 6, and I have been buying LARGE. That is ridiculous! I bought the men's air tee for an oversized one, XL which is their largest, and it is barely oversized. And definitely short. Like a men's crop top. If you want your everlane clothes to stay their current size, do NOT tumble dry even low, and better hope you're a petite human if you want to buy everlane to begin with. What are they thinking? The photo I attached is of a model wearing "small," but in real life it's how the L looks on a woman who is a size 4/6. Although I do still like their seamless underwear which isn't flimsy and doesn't ride up, and is lasting well, and their leather slide sandals are so comfortable, I've worn them every day since I bought them. I'll give them that. They don't invite me to write reviews for products I've purchased so... maybe they know it's been a mixed bag. Not very transparent if you ask me.
I bought a pair of the washed black high rise skinny jean, love how soft they are and how well they fit. Less than 8 months later they ripped in the back by the pocket, not repairable. I expected them to last longer than that. Very disappointed in the quality and the response.
I understand that since we are in this COVID 19 pandemic that things may be delayed. My return started before the whole country essentially shut down. I have waited patiently for 2 weeks to have them credit my account but nothing has been done and it has been 3 weeks. I have emailed 3 times and no one has gotten back to me. It is not even worth it when you have no means of contacting anyone. This is the worst company ever even with its "ethical" means of production. Will not be purchasing from them ever again. It is not worth it.
I like their products and are good to work with. Things came when they said they would. I would recommend them
I recently ordered 3 tank tops from Everlane. The first time I wore one of them it developed holes in the front, before I even washed it. I have phoned and emailed their customer service several times to get permission to return all three items. I could never speak with a real person at their customer number. Two weeks ago, they sent me an email requesting more information about my order. I responded immediately with all information requested, but they have still not communicated with me again. I would tell anyone who asks not to purchase anything from Everlane. Their product is trash and their customer service is nonexistent.
First and last time ever purchasing from this company! Would not extend first time promo to second purchase literally made within 20 minutes after first. Customer service condescendingly told me to go pound sand! For a company that hypes transparency and fairness, they fall way short in action.
I ordered a black pair of boots that took almost one month to ship. Upon receiving the boot, I realized that the boot looked nothing like the boot I ordered. I attempted the return process which is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I am still waiting for "a customer service to contact me" for a return label. I regret not reading reviews about this company before I ordered.
I ordered 3 organic cotton thirst 27 days ago and they just sent me one. I sent several emails to customer support and did not get any response other than auto-reply emails. Don't ever shop online!
