I received the theraputty within about a week but still have not received the bodysock. Shipping cost me $18 for items that are so small you could stick it in a $10 USPS box. He had only had it for 2 days when the back wheel locked. The service provider, a different company from Spinlife told him it would take 5-7 business days to have someone come out and access the problem. This service provider, Pride Mobility Corp, then called to say they were sending a part out (How did they know what part to send when no one had looked at the wheelchair to see what was wrong and why a new part for a supposedly new wheelchair?) and the tech would call us when it arrived. When days passed with no word I called Pride Mobility Corp to find out the part had not even been sent yet. I said it didn't make sense to keep waiting for a part we were not even sure was what the chair needed. After some discussion the customer service rep said the tech would come out and access the chair. After more hoop jumping, the tech came and said the left motor was malfunctioning. Again, this is a new chair. The tech also advised us to order the new part and wait for it because he said he has seen people wait months for replacement chairs. Understand, my husband has gone over two weeks without the chair he has already paid for and needs to get to his job. Since most people ordering wheelchairs need them for safety and quality of life issues I want to warn people about shopping at this online site.Great supplier for big quantities of sleeping pills and painkillers as tramadol, soma, codamol.
