They are backordered (which btw the their site said it was in stock) and b. They are both are 32gb hard drives, so I asked if i were to order this on their site what wud I recieve, and he said a 32gb drive. I'm impressed! The installation took about 20 minutes (I'm also expert level computer tech). The fans come with a small screwdriver and a special tool to separate things without breaking them. I didn't need either tool, but they're nice to have in case you do. The fans work amazingly! They're so quiet and they're basically the same OEM parts that came with my computer to begin with. (The previous owner didn't know how to take care of their PC and sold it for cheap because the fans were loud (easy replacement with these!) And the Windows software needed an update. Lol.) Before buying, I was very tempted to blow compressed air into it to just clean and use the same loud fans but decided why risk it, my computer treats me well and this is a really good price, so why not? Turns out it was a supremely great investment. 5 stars for now, as it is only day one but so far everything looks beautiful. My old fans worked still but got very loud under stress and my computer would get really hot. I took the fans off and man were they gross. Glad to have these guys to help out! The fans come in box and wrapped in plastic bubbles as to not damage the very delicate fan. BTW: An added bonus is that these fans run faster (used to cap at ~4000rpm now hitting ~5600+rpm) since they're brand new and nice and clean! IDK if this is because the motor is better or the blades are clear to move... But still very awesome! I bought a Kingston 8gb data traveller usb thumdrive and it's one which has the slider on the side to get the usb out you have to slide it up and down it jammmed up and was difficult to push the slider up and down and becuase of having to still use it for tafe until I could take it back to get a new one anyway the end part/usb part that you plug into a usb port bent a little becuase of it was getting jammed and that why those two problems occured with it I went TO TAKE IT BACK TO NETPLUS COMPUTERS AND THEY WANT COME THROUGH WITH THE WARRNATY INSTEAD THE IDIOTS JUST BLAME ME I'M NOT DUMB LIKE THEY THINK I AM I HAVE BUILT A COMPUTER BEFORE AND I GO TO TAFE DOING CERT 3 COURSE AND I'M SURE I NO HOW TO USE A USB THIUMBDRIVE PROPERLY SO WHY BLAME ME STUPID PERFEDICT NETPLUS COMPUTERS USE CAN KEEP YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU CAN MANGE TO THAT IS IT WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO SHUT DOIWN ONE DAY SOON BECUASE THE WAY IN WHICH YOU TREATED ME THATS HOW YOU PROBABLY TREAT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.
